Return Authorization verification is required on all returned items.  All returned items must be complete and in original packaging.  Please contact us at 609-296-2564 to obtain our return verification number and instructions for return.

All claims on damaged goods and/or shortages must be made within 10 days of purchase date.

All other returns will be charged 20 % restocking fee.  Depending on the condition of the returned items, additional fees may apply.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of received damaged merchandise.
